What if it doesn't fit or you are not satistied? No worries, we give you the best service. With us, the return is completely free!
✔ Term: within 14 days of receipt of your package.
✔ The product must be unworn and in the same condition as you received it. The product must also be in the same packaging.
How does it work?
1. Send a message to return@pieceofrina.com with the order number and some info; are you not satisfied, do you need another size,...?
2. We will e-mail you the return label and you can then return the package for free via a post office in your area.
Important note: discounted items can not be returned.
In case of return/refund;
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether we can agree to a refund.
In that case, the refund will be processed and returned to your account within five working days.
Extra: the entire amount will be refunded to you, including the shipping costs already paid by you.
In case of exchange;
The new size will be sent to you the day after we receive your return parcel.
Extra: We take care of the shipping costs of this new parcel. This means that an exchange will not generate extra costs for you as a consumer.
Important: this free return policy applies to all following countries; Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France and Germany. For other countries, the return costs are the responsibility of the costumer.

EENVOUDIG EN GRATIS RETOURNEREN
Wat als je aankoop niet past of je bent niet helemaal tevreden? Geen zorgen, bij Piece of Rina geven we jou de beste service.
Bij ons is de retour volledig gratis!
✔ Termijn: binnen de 14 dagen na ontvangst van je pakket.
✔ Het product moet ongedragen zijn en in dezelfde staat zijn zoals je het ontvangen hebt. Het product moet ook in dezelfde verpakking zitten.
Hoe werkt het?
1. Stuur even een mailtje naar return@pieceofrina.com met het ordernummer en wat informatie; ben je niet tevreden, wil je graag een andere maat,...?
2. Wij mailen jou het retouretiket en jij kan het pakje gratis terugsturen via een postkantoor in je buurt.
Let op: afgeprijsde artikelen kunnen niet geretourneerd worden.
Bij een retour/terugbetaling;
Eenmaal we jouw retour hebben ontvangen en gecontroleerd, zenden we jou een email om je op de hoogte te brengen dat we dit goed hebben ontvangen en of we akkoord kunnen gaan met een terugbetaling.
In dat geval, zal de terugbetaling verwerkt worden en wordt dit binnen de vijf werkdagen naar uw rekening teruggestort.
Extra: het gehele bedrag wordt aan u teruggestort, dus ook de door u betaalde verzendkosten.
Bij een omruiling;
De nieuwe maat wordt naar u verzonden de dag nadat we uw retourpakket ontvangen.
De verzendkosten van dit nieuwe pakje nemen wij voor onze rekening. Zodoende zal een omruiling voor u als klant geen enkele extra kost genereren.
Belangrijk: deze gratis retourservice is van toepassing op alle volgende landen; België, Nederland, Luxemburg, Frankrijk en Duitsland. Voor andere landen zijn de retourkosten voor rekening van de klant.
Met deze extra service willen wij ervoor zorgen dat u met plezier en zorgeloos bij ons kan winkelen.
